It is time for your marketing materials to reflect the unique care offered at your practice.
You may have had experience with a veterinary specific marketing company – the kind where you chose from a selection of themes, select colors that match your practice logo, and allow the company to generate pre-populated content and blog posts written by other veterinarians. Well, I will admit, this is better than nothing at all. The problem is that your website and printed materials should be as unique as your practice!
With over ten years of experience in the veterinary field, I understand how a practice flows and what clients need. I offer a more personalized approach in marketing than the larger companies available.
Depending on the scope of the project, I will only take on a small group of new veterinary practices at a time so I can focus on your individual needs. I will also maintain a no compete policy, which allows for only one general and one specialty practice within each town/city.
Why does your practice need a custom website?
It is important for your website to show what makes you unique and why pet owners should choose you to care for their pets. We want people to know you are the right choice after visiting your website and it all starts with the visual design and content. Website design needs to be personal to your brand. This means that template sites and mass produced content should be avoided.
A custom website would make you stand out and allow you to show the community what makes you different than the other veterinary practices in the area. Your website makes the first impression to a long-term relationship with a client. Even though word-of-mouth referrals are the most common source in the veterinary industry, a website still plays a crucial role. If someone recommends your practice to their friend, the first thing the friend is going to do is look up you up online. It is important for your website to make a lasting impression on anyone who visits it.
Who Am I?
I have a passion for new ideas, organization and design! And I get along with technology pretty well.
I have over ten years experience working in the veterinary field and found my niche when I paired the animal industry with marketing. I certainly do not limit myself to veterinary marketing, but it is a rewarding aspect that I enjoy. What is better than helping people care for their four-legged family members?
No matter the business or industry, one of my favorite parts of marketing is all the new ideas and coming up with a plan of action. I enjoy designing, but the best part is comparing different results and watching plans evolve over the years.
Hard Work & Dedication
In the design industry, work ethic is often confused with being passionate. Passion is what drives me to wake up early, stay up late or work on the weekends—work ethic is what keeps me going to ensure deadlines are met and guarantee you love the finished product.
Communication & Customer Service
With a background in customer service, I understand communication is imperative. I like to keep things simple and straightforward so we all know what to expect. At the start of a project, I will outline a proposed schedule according to your time-frame. Throughout the process, I will keep you updated as well so you do not feel out of the loop.
Outside of Design
I am a Reiki practitioner and business owner at Light and Sage, a mother, a wife, I despise fast food and winter is my favorite season. After all, you can’t snowboard in the spring!
